How to proceed

Before making a decision:

1. Contact us by filling out the online contact form.
2. Our Account Executive will contact you to understand your requirements.
3. Once received all essential medical and travel information from you, we will then find the appropriate healthcare provider and forward your medical enquiry to the doctor.
4. We get back to you with detailed information, including an approximate price quotation for treatment and travel.

Decided to travel:

1. If you decide to continue with us, you sign our Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement and send it to us by email or fax.
2. After signing the Agreement we finalize your itinerary and get send you all the documents required for travel.
3. Payment will be taken for the travel arrangements organized by us (you pay the healthcare provider directly).

At destination:

1. Depart for your chosen destination and our representative will meet you at the airport to drive you to a hotel and to your clinic appointment and stay with you as long as you need the assistance.

Post-procedure:

1. Depending on the procedure, you will require some time to recuperate and relax in the clinic or at your hotel.
2. Enjoy leisure activities, sightseeing and shopping at your beautiful destination.
3. At the end of your trip the same representative we accompany you to the airport.
4. We stay connected with you for as long as you need us and help you get answers from your overseas doctor if any post-care issues arise.
